Harbor View is a six-storey residential complex comprising 24 premium apartments and a shared rooftop amenity deck. The project was delivered on a fast-track 18-month schedule without compromising the quality of finish expected by the developer's target market.
Karachi's coastal soil conditions required a deep pile foundation solution. Our construction team managed a complex piling programme alongside early enabling works to compress the overall programme by nearly three months versus the initial baseline.
