Hollow Creek Courtyard transforms the enclosed rear garden of a 1970s Model Town residence into a layered outdoor living room. A meandering creek-style water channel, native specimen planting and bespoke teak seating give the space a sense of age and permanence far beyond its build timeline.
The courtyard receives only four hours of direct sunlight in winter. The planting scheme was entirely selected for shade-tolerance and year-round visual interest — using texture, form and berries rather than relying on seasonal flowering to deliver impact across every month.
