Meridian Tower is a 14-storey mixed-use commercial tower in Islamabad's Blue Area. The design responds to the city's grid with a faceted glass-and-stone facade that shifts appearance through the day as light angles change — monumental at noon, warm and luminous at dusk.
The site is constrained on three sides by existing buildings and a narrow setback requirement. Our architectural team engineered a cantilevered upper-floor plate that maximises rentable area while maintaining structural integrity and satisfying all municipal planning codes.
